Membership in our plan is simple. When you complete the necessary forms and authorizations you become registered and entitled to the registered price.

There is never a charge for registration!
We prefer to make arrangements in our offices, but if you cannot come into our offices for reasons of illness, distance or inconvenience arrangements can be made by telephone, fax (708-788-7777) or mail. You can also request one of our senior helpers to help you complete our forms.

Important Information:

If you or your family member resides in a nursing facility that maintains a trust account, you may qualify for a merchandise disregard that could increase your funeral benefits. Please contact our Funeral Director at 708-788-0904 for more details.

Our charges for a direct cremation include basic care, refrigeration of remains, obtaining required permits and authorizations without any rites or ceremonies can be billed directly to Illinois Department of Public Aid.

The only other charges are cash outlays such as: money that is advanced on the families behalf, certified copies of the death certificate, other license fees, upgrades, house calls, livery and extra cemetery or crematory charges.

Choosing our funeral service gives you the most flexibility. Memorial services, church services, funeral home services are all available.
